my family and I had a great stay at clarion. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. she allowed us a late checkout without extra charge and made sure we had everything we needed, like towels for the pool. our queen room with two queen beds was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed lounging by the indoor pool during our time there.

The king room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and updated, with a soft bed and an impressive HD TV that added to the comfort. Breakfast was hot and well-stocked, with dedicated staff ensuring everything stayed replenished. However, the facility felt somewhat worn and had an outdated interior that could use a refresh to match the pricing. Additionally, I found the hotel to be quite noisy at times despite it being full, which detracted from the experience.

I had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff that really made me feel welcome. The shower pressure was impressive and the breakfast options were decent. However, there were some inconveniences including noise from other guests and some maintenance issues that impacted the overall experience. Still, it's a safe and affordable choice for a short stay.

great amenities but minor area concerns
The staff provided remarkable service, ensuring my family's needs were met throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the queen room truly stood out, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of activities. The indoor pool offered a nice spot for relaxation, especially after our travels. We enjoyed exploring the local dining options—a delightful family meal was just a quick drive away.
The only downside was feeling a bit uneasy about the surroundings during our stay.

I stayed at the Clarion Pointe for a couple of nights recently. The breakfast options stood out. Eggs, sausage, and waffles were always fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially during my early check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a good place to relax. However, I noticed that the furniture looked a bit outdated and worn. The carpet had some stains that could use attention. The area outside the hotel seemed unkempt, with transients nearby that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I also had some trouble with the keys. they didn’t work consistently, which was frustrating. Overall, the positives like the excellent breakfast and staff shine, but there are definitely areas that need improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Medford's food scene is a gem! Just a short walk from the hotel, I devoured some killer tacos at Luna Mexican Cuisine—pure bliss! Plus, the comfy King Suite was a nice spot to unwind after all that culinary adventuring.
But, let’s keep it real—the area felt a little sketchy, and I couldn’t shake the nagging worry about leaving my car unattended with some unsavory characters hanging around. Safeguard your ride, folks!
